Do any of your staff want to become a Registered Liquidator or Trustee in 2018?

If any of your staff members intend to seek registration as a liquidator or trustee in 2018 or beyond, be aware the requirements have changed from 1 March 2017.

ARITA Advanced Certification is recognised by ASIC and AFSA as meeting the new insolvency specialist education requirements.

If any staff are intending to seek registration in 2018, they will need to complete the Advanced Certificate in Insolvency (Fundamentals of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround and Advanced Insolvency subjects) in order to obtain their education requirements this year.

If you have any questions or need more information, please contact the education team via education@arita.com.au.
